Argentine director Celina Murga makes her award-winning debut with this charming, lighthearted film, which nonetheless reflects the very real consequences of Argentina`s economic disaster. Ana (Camila Toker) is a 25-year-old woman who has moved from her small coastal hometown of Parana to Buenos Aires, but has returned home for a class reunion. Her old friend Diego (Ignacio Uslenghi) seems to have kept his former feelings for Ana intact, but she decides to seek out an old flame of her own, Mariano. When she sees a photo taken by Mariano in the newspaper of a neighboring town, Ana immediately rents a car and drives to the village where she hopes to reconnect. She is accompanied on her journey by an eight-year-old boy, Matias, with whom she has struck up an unlikely friendship. Along the way, Ana starts to rethink her life and future while revisiting her past.
